    Worst post office ever....in fact I'm canceling my Postal box at this location. They NEVER answer the phone!!

    I have been having to go to this location to pick up my mail since July 2016 because my new community does not have kiosks set up for delivery yet (for some reason someone thinks it's more convenient to keep all mailboxes in one location instead of individuallying at a persons home). Only certain people are able to retrieve my mail. I have also tried to call prior to going but no one EVER answers the phone. Today alone I have tried 12 times in the past 2 hours. It rings and rings and then hangs up. When I try to call back, it either does not let me or it's a busy signal. They also fail to provide packages upon pick up when I get notification that it's there - hence trying to call prior to pick up. Overall terrible service. However, Buddy is definitely the nicest one there and I try to go when he's around in the mornings.
